Its been almost 5 months since i wrote something on this blog.

 

Times have changed and I have decided to go back to blogspot for a while.

when that happens you go like *_*!

 

Of late, its been happening to me a lot. Some aspects of my life cant be any better and im as satisfied as I ever was.

At the same time there are certain other aspects, I cant come to terms with. Especially at work. I know that I have to balance out work and keep those things away from the rest of my life. Its not so easy in practice though.. I have had reasonable success in keeping them seperate. But there are moments where I cant escape things spilling over and its downhill from then on.

 

Ok now that the usual whinging part is done with, the following are somethings that are a bit more positive

 

1. WoW its September! this the crescendo of the pain, muted suffering and seemingly endless wait. Next few weeks are gonna be difficult but its a new dawn after that. I'm waiting - with arms wide open.

 

2. Villareal x Real Madrid tonight! Vamos submarino amarillo! Vamos Vamos! :)

 

3. New motivation to practice classical. Carcassi book - Here i come! Merci Monsieur. Loli :) c'est super!

 

4. The workshop was more than worth the vacation day. Mon. Loli u made my day on friday.

 

5. The concert was awesome! simply awesome! Merci Mon. Loli, Mon. Chakrapani Singh and of course Alliance Française

 

6.  Mojitos on Thursday! Felicidades Jesus! The mojitos were awesome.. and i was almost there as far as being "drunk". Gracias Jesus, ameya y los demas! and the Patata was awesome! Next time I will cook berengena! jeje

 

7. Fingers hurt thanks to the effort to learn the crazy  technique of gaby. But, im not giving up. one of these days i will get it right and then upload my next Youtube video

the "merde" has begun.. 

i have been staring at this screen for the past 20 minutes trying to summarize my feelings.

 

The problem with hope is that it never dies.

 

These past week or so has been eventful and very enjoyable thanks to amazing set of people with whom I am lucky to be friends with.

 

But it has been a struggle inside. Changes at work means i have to take a hard look at where all this is going.

Some grand plans and dream castles built around them are gonna come down as they have hit a glitch. A fatal one essentially.

If there was no hope, i wouldnt have dreamt any of this. Thanks to the eternal hope that im having a rude reality check.

 

Frankly, I dont have any right to complain about the life I have currently. Provided I dont have to entertain too many hopes. Hopes that can spur you to do anything but the same hopes can lay you waste in the sand. The latter is what is going on with me precisely.

 

The answer is simple > be realistic. dont have false hopes bla bla..

 

Easier said than done.

I wish I could.

 

I am sure I will be ok in sometime. or whatever.. but every fall is not the same. it seems like its tougher to get up after each fall.

 

I dont normally miss a guitar class. Today I not only skipped it but i returned back to my desk after walking halfway down the hallway to go to the class. *_*

 

I give up on writing any further..

Things have been looking so good for a while now. Next week could see all of it come crashing down.

No specific reason. I just dont feel right about next week. I hope I am wrong wrong. very wrong.

 

As they say, whatever goes up, comes down.. the more pertinent question is : if it is temporary and short or something like Mariana Trench..
